Franklin Delano Kellar, 80 of Fairview, WV, passed away Thursday, May 15, 2014 at his daughter’s residence. He was born August 26, 1933 at Wallace, WV, a son of the late Don Kellar and Anna Kulp Kellar.

Mr. Kellar is survived by a daughter, Tina Marie Kellar Efaw and husband Eric of Fairview; a grandson, Gage Efaw of Fairview; a brother, Robert Kellar and wife Becky of Waterford, Michigan; a sister, Hazel Rice of North Carolina; several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Mr. Kellar was preceded in death by his wife Rebecca Sue Kellar who died on July 9, 2000; an infant daughter, Cheryl Sue Kellar who died July 5, 1965; a brother and sister-in-law, Don and Charlotte Kellar; a sister and brother-in-law, Laura and Danny Amos; a sister, Ginny Kendall and a brother, James Kellar.

Mr. Kellar was a United States Army Veteran, having served in the Korean Conflict. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed hunting. He also enjoyed time with his friends.

Family and Friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, WV on Saturday, May 17, 2014 from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 1 p.m. Per the request of Mr. Kellar, cremation was chosen as his final method of disposition.
