Janice Pauline Zirkle, 87, of Ocala FL, formerly of Mannington, died Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at her residence. She was born Feb 12, 1927 at Mannington, daughter of the late Fred and Goldie Bell Hall Huey.
She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Huey and Lori Zirkle, of Ocala, FL., Fred and Niedra Zirkle of Athens, OH, and a daughter, Elizabeth Ester of Ocala, FL; eight grandchildren, Tayler Zirkle, Katlyn Zirkle, Aaron and his wife, Leizl Zirkle, Melissa Harris, Jennifer and her husband, Deon Spillman, Adam Zirkle, John Ora Zirkle, and Jason Ester; and thirteen great grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Madeline Toothman of Seven Pines, Mannington and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Janice was preceded in death by a sister, Frances Crenovich; and a brother and sister-in-law, Harry Huey and Paula Huey.
She was a homemaker, formerly a volunteer with Marion County WV Senior Citizens, a member of the East High and First United Methodist Churches in Mannington.. She was an avid Quilter and a Cub Scout Den Mother in Mannington.
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington on Monday, June 16, from 5 – 8 pm. Funeral Services will be held in the Funeral Home Tuesday at 11:00 am. with Pastor Bill Coon officiating. Burial will be at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Huey Zirkle, Fred Zirkle, Adam Zirkle, Brian Huey, Douglas Toothman and Tim Byard.

Huey , Fred and Liz.... so sorrry to hear of your mom's passing ... She was a great lady and I know how much she helped in the scouts and was such an asset to the town of Mannington ... she will be miss by all who knew her ... I know my Mom and Dad loved her... so maybe they can get together up there in Heaven .... sorry again for your loss....
