SONDRA SUE FAIRLEIGH, age 65, of Kendallville died sometime before Monday, March 30, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Fairleigh was born and raised in Rachel, West Virginia on August 28, 1949 to Eugene and Garvine (Campbell) Farley. She graduated from Mannington High School in 1967 and began working at D&K Market in Manningtion, West Virginia. She moved to northeast Indiana in 1968, to work at Starcraft in Topeka and Shultz Mobile Homes. During that time, she was married, lived and worked on their farm north of Kendallville and raised her family. She also worked at Fleetwood and Machine-Rite in LaGrange until her retirement. She attended the Methodist and Lutheran church both in West Virginia and Indiana. Sondra enjoyed spending time with her two sons and family. She loved animals and her dogs. She also loved going on road trips, camping and crocheting.

Survivors include 2 sons, Corey and Nicole Boese of Kendallville and Aaron Boese of Kendallville; three granddaughters, Jenna, Krista, and Lynden Boese; father, Eugene Farley of Clarksburg, West Virginia; 2 sisters, Margaret and William Floyd of Hutchinson, West Virginia and Sharleen and Bob Hammell of Rachel, West Virginia; a brother, Randall and Nancy Farley of Fairmont, West Virginia; nieces and nephews, Crystal and Mike Collett, John Hern, Jr., Jamie Hammell, Annie Martin, John Ross Farley, and Kiley Berry.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Garvine Farley, who died January 9, 2002; brothers, Robert Farley, who died March 16, 2013, Richard Farley, who died September 1983, Ermal Farley, who died in 1955; maternal grandparents, John and Hazel Campbell; paternal grandparents, John and Margaret Farley.

Visitation will be Wednesday, April 1, 2015 from 5:00-8:00pm at Hite Funeral Home in Kendallville.
Visitation will also be held on Friday, April 3, 2015 at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington, WV from 11am-1pm with funeral services beginning at 1pm. Burial will be at Rachel Cemetery in West Virginia.
