Andrew Flint Leichliter, age 38 of Mannington, WV passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center. He was born June 3, 1982 at Fairmont, WV, a son of Flint D. Leichliter and Martha M. Barker Leichliter of Mannington.
In addition to his parents, Andrew is also survived by his son, Ezra Dulaney of Charleston; two sisters, Sasha (Joshua) Heldreth of Odell’s Knob, WV, and Chloe Leichliter of Mannington; his maternal grandparents, Lloyd and Wilma Barker of Mannington; his paternal grandfather, Ronnie Leichliter of Plum Run; four nephews, Westin, Owen, Chance and Chase; one niece, Caroline; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Andrew was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Sarah Ann Leichliter.
Andrew was a Veteran having served in the United States Navy. He enjoyed playing guitar and skateboarding. He loved to read and write and he had a good sense of humor. He was a member of the Mannington Church of Christ.
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington, WV on Sunday, January 31, 2021 from 1-3:00pm. There will be no funeral service as cremation was chosen as the final method of disposition. As we continue to recognize attending services during the COVID-19 situation may not be in the best interest for some, please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. I remember Drew from his days in the Navy. He taught me the lesson of always being upbeat and positive when things get rough. Thanks for your levity, Drew.
