I only got to meet you once but it only took that to realize how many lives you touched you will be missed and I wish I couldve met you and been a friend ...God bless you and all the rest of the family.
To all my cousins, I am so sorry to hear of Aunt Betty's passing. This is the first I have heard about it. I thought someone would have called mom. Betty was a good person. My parents Frank & Rosa Lea Fitzhugh had such good times together back in the day. I too have fond memories going to their house and playing with the cousins. I wish we could have stayed in touch, and I wish I could have known in time to go to the funeral. Mom will be very sad to hear this, Betty and she had a lot of fun together when they were young (I know, Betty told me). She will always be in my heart.
So sorry for your loss -- I know how much she loved her family and how much you will all miss her
