Betty Lou Parker, 80 of Mannington, WV died peacefully after a long and courageous battle with cancer at the home of her step son and his wife. She was born July 25, 1930 at Mannington, WV a daughter of the late Oley Pearl Fetty Brown.
She is survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as several nieces, nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Marshall Emery Parker Sr. on June 13, 2003 and three brothers.
Betty was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking and baking. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Mannington.
Friends may call at the Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main Street, Mannington, WV on Saturday, September 18, 2010 from 2-8 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home with Pastor Greg Roth officiating. Burial will follow at the Mannington Cemetery.
