Betty Louise Michael, age 87 of Seven Pines, Mannington, WV passed away peacefully at her home on Friday, September 24, 2021. She was born January 8, 1934 on Dents Run, WV, a daughter of the late Charles “Buster” McClure and Beulah McClure.
She is survived by her husband of 63 years, Curtis Michael of Mannington; her two daughters, Lou Ann Harris and husband Mike of Mannington, and Brenda Tennant and husband Sam of Metz; and her only granddaughter, Taylor Harris. She is also survived by two sisters, Margaret Maroney of Morgantown, and Gen VanGilder of Weirton; a brother-in-law, Charles Dulaney of Colliers; and numerous nieces and nephews with whom the family is so grateful for their love and support!
In addition to her parents, Betty was preceded in death by her brother, Charles McClure, and two sisters, Carol Huipp and Rose Dulaney.
Betty was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother and she will be greatly missed!
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St. in Mannington on Monday, September 27, 2021 from 5-8:00pm. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 11:00am with Pastors’ Lee Bowman and Doug Cyphers officiating. Interment will follow at the Huey-Thorne Cemetery.
