Brenda Lee Hamrick, age 71 of Wyatt Rd., Mannington, WV passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025 at the Pierpont Center on the Fairmont Campus. She was born August 11, 1954 in Brockton, Massachusetts, a daughter of the late Norman Bernard Ibbitson and Alice May Nickerson Ibbitson.
She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Johnny Ray Hamrick of Mannington, her daughter Heidi Michelle Febus of North Carolina, two grandchildren, Johnny Dallas (Mary) Timmons of North Carolina and Serenity Timmons of North Carolina, and two great-grandchildren, Dalton and Madison. Brenda is also survived by her sister Sheryl Buchor of Alabama, two nephews, Brian and Jesse, her niece Wendy, and her great-nephew Calvin.
Brenda was a homemaker and a good hearted woman who loved to go to yard sales and buy things for others. Johnny and Brenda renewed their marriage vows on August 10, 2019.
There will be no funeral home services as direct cremation has been chosen as the final method of disposition. Masters Funeral Home in Mannington, WV has been placed in care of the final arrangements.
