Carol Beth Rutledge Liller, age 68 of Mannington, WV passed away Friday, September 8, 2023 at the Tygart Center Nursing home in Fairmont. She was born November 25, 1954 in Charleston, WV, a daughter of Irene Rutledge. Carol is survived by her husband David Liller of Mannington.
Carol was a United States Veteran having served in the Navy who went on to become the first ever female police officer for the City of Mannington having retired with the rank of Sergeant. Carol enjoyed time with her cats as well as taking time to feed stray cats around town.
There will be no funeral home visitation or funeral services as direct cremation has been chosen as the final method of disposition. Masters Funeral Home in Mannington has been placed in care of the final arrangements.
