Connie Frances Weeks Marstiller, age 63 of Mannington, WV passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born May 2, 1960 in Springfield, OH, a daughter of the late Richard Weeks and Constance Belle Bowman Weeks.

She is survived by three siblings, David and Dorothy Weeks, Linda and Steve Dunn, and Debbie and Jim Standall, all of Ohio, her aunt Barbara and Ted Dehaven of Ohio, two uncles, Roger and Margaret Weeks and Rick May, both of Ohio, and her special niece and special nephew Angela Green and Johnathen Weeks. Connie is also survived by her step-son Rick and Charity Marstiller of Charles Town, WV and her step-daughter Amy Regillo of Mannington, several grandchildren including Emily Marstiller and Olivia Marstiller, Lance and Chelsea Keezee and their children Sadie, Eden and Cutler, Brooklyn Moran and Kasey Regillo, special nieces and nephews Andy (Susanne) Given, Charlie (Kayla) Given, Nicholas “Little Foot” Given and Bailey Given, her brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Charles Marstiller, Becky Hartzell, Sam and Martha Anderson, Carl Anderson, Patty Anderson, several nieces and nephews and her special friend Lisa Knutti.

In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband Richard “Scratch” Marstiller who died Sept. 25, 2007, her sister Penny Thomas, several aunts and uncles, two brothers-in-law, Harold “Butter” Anderson and Willis Anderson, and her special dogs Sammy and Sheba.

Connie graduated in 1978 from Brandon High School in Brandon, Florida. She attended Downs United Methodist Church in Rachel. She worked for the FBI as a Technical Information Specialist for Criminal Justice Information Service Division with over 30 years of service. Connie enjoyed her essential oils and making soaps, candles and jewelry. She was also a member of FOE Auxiliary #2353 of Clarksburg and was named the 2018 Cancer Survivor of the Year! Connie very much enjoyed family get-togethers, attending “Little Foots” games cheering him on, and spending time with her sister-in-law Becky Hartzell, which she cherished very much! She had a kind gentle heart for everyone she knew!

The family would like to thank the ICU doctors and nurses at WVU Medicine for their compassionate care given to Connie thru out her illness as well as express their sincere gratitude to Susanne and Andy Given and their family for all their love and support and always being there for Connie. Memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society in Connie’s memory!

Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, WV on Thursday, August 17, 2023 from 2-8:00pm and also on Friday, August 18, 2023 from 11:00am to 1:00pm with funeral services beginning at 1:00pm with Pastor David Jones officiating. Interment will follow at the Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
