Dan Boone, age 58 of Four States, WV, passed away on Friday, December 10, 2021 at United Hospital Center in Clarksburg. He was born October 4, 1963 in Marion County, WV, a son of the late William E. “Bud” Boone and Dorothy “Dot” Martin Boone.
He is survived by his wife Tammy Hammond Boone with whom he was married to for 15 years; two sons, Grant (Sonya) Hammond of Matewan, WV, and Logan Hammond of Fairmont, WV; amongst many loves of his live was also four he raised as his own children, Pam, Maria, William and Cheyanne; three grandchildren, Joshua, Keira, and Cole Hammond; one sister, Suzanne (Mark “Buddy”) Fulaytar of Katy, WV; two nieces and one nephew, Ashley (Rocky) Ice, Whitney (Paul) Porter, and Steven (Monica) Fulaytar; and several cousins, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dan was preceded in death by one brother, Roger Boone.
Dan loved racing motorcycles and riding 4-wheelers!
Family and friends may call at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington on Sunday, December 12, 2021 from 2-6:00pm. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, December 13, 2021 beginning at 1:00pm. Interment will follow at the Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
