Debra Kay Kyle, age 67 of Fairmont, WV passed away Tuesday, December 28, 2021 at her residence. She was born December 19, 1954 in Harrison County, WV, a daughter of the late Richard Kyle and Cathryn Challfana Kyle.
She is survived by her significant other William Fulks of Fairmont. In addition to her parents, Debra was preceded in death by her brother, Richard Kyle.
