Delphia June Mitchell, age 80 of Fairmont, WV passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Crestview Manor in Jane Lew, WV. She was born on November 16, 1939 in Marion County, WV a daughter of the late Thomas and Ruby Katherine Hawkins Campbell.
Delphia is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Vickie and Randy Efaw of Meadowbrook; two grandchildren, Trent (Jenna) Efaw of Bridgeport, Hannah (Caleb) Merisier of PA; and two great-grandchildren, Ira and Lucy Efaw; 6 brothers and sisters, Betty (Mike) Williams, Mary (Jim) Riggs, Bill Campbell, Gary Campbell, Evelyn (Jim) Mayo, and Benny (Cindy) Campbell; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Delphia was preceded in death by one daughter, Sharon Mitchell, one sister, Doris Long, and one brother, Jim Campbell.
Delphia was a graduate of Mannington High School. She enjoyed crocheting and working word puzzles. The family would like to thank her special caregiver, Carol Kennedy and WVU Hospice.
