Dennis Ray Hayes, age 65 of Mannington, WV passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at his residence. He was born July 2, 1955 in Fairmont, WV, a son of the late Walter R. Hayes and Madeline Shuman Hayes.

He is survived by his two brothers, Richard (Valerie) Hayes of Mannington, and Donald (Saundra) Hayes of Kingwood; a nephew, Doug (Lisa) Hayes of Mannington; and five nieces, Carina Hayes of Clarksburg, Amber (Chris) Hunter of Charleston, WV, Holly (Joel) Setal of Kingwood, Heidi Hayes of Pittsburgh, and Lori (Andrew) Shannon of Reedsville, WV.

Dennis was a United States Army Veteran. He worked drilling oil, and construction for various contractors in the area. He regularly attended the Mannington Church of the Nazarene.

There will be no public visitation or funeral services as private services will be held at the convenience of the family with Pastor Jerry Bush officiating. Interment will take place at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery. As we continue to recognize attending any services during the Covid-19 situation may not be in the best interest for some, please keep the family in your thoughts and prayers. Masters Funeral Home in Mannington has been placed in care of the final arrangements.
