Condolences
may he rest in peace.
I worked with Donald at the GW Campus. I can’t say what kind of man that he was outside of his job. I can say that he was a cruel and mean supervisor and used his position of power to fire burnt out over worked DC SPO officers walking the beat. While he stayed in his warm office we walked the beat under severe cold temperatures. Forcing officers to work 16 hours a day then you were expected to return back to work 8 hours a day. I remember him smoking his cigarettes at the back door barking out orders to tired over worked officers. He was a cruel vindictive person to with in the work place. A real slave driver to many DC SPO only trying to make a living. He was responsible for many officers losing their jobs. Most were over worked cause GW Police used him to push us to our physical limits. He was a real tyrant to people that worked under him. I hated him for years for causing great hardships that me caused me and my family when I lost my job at GW all cause of him. Many good officers lost their job and he enjoyed being a sadist supervisor. I’m sorry to the his family reading this. He may have been a good person outside of his job. He was pure evil with the low ranking DC SPOs. For as long as I live I will never forgive him for the hurt that he caused me and my family.
It is with such sadness that I have received the news of Donald’s passing today and I apologise for such a time delay.
Please accept my condolences for your loss.
