Condolences
What a wonderful, loving, caring man. I’m sure heaven has gained angel. The love I witnessed with for his mother was endless. I know he will be missed. I also know he left wonderful people to follow in his footsteps.
My condolence to the whole family. Frank was a very hard worker and a driven person. I will always remember working in the hay fields there in Pentrose, WV and potato fields there in Spraggs, PA with Frank and the Toothman family. I have fond childhood memories of that time.
