Glendaleen Wilson Roberts, 86 of Mannington, WV passed away on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. She was born June 28, 1924 at Custis, W,V a daughter of the late George S. Wilson and Mary C. Cutlip Wilson.
She is survived by her daughter, Mary Suttkus of Mannington, WV; a son and his wife, Eugene and Sherry Roberts of Fairmont, WV; eleven grandchildren, Gerald, Bill and Brad Suttkus, Kelly Nieporte, Angela Elliot, Heather Valentine, Michael and Joshua Roberts, Patty Frye, Tracy Sheldon and John Roberts; six great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild; two sisters, Goldie Maye Rose and Viola Faye Moore, both of Ohio and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Roberts; one son, Gary Roberts; a sister, Audry Gaye Cobb and five brothers, Ellis, Edwin, Everett, Sherman and Frank Wilson.
Mrs. Roberts enjoyed reading and was a member of the Mannington Church of the Nazarene.
Friends may call at the Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main Street Mannington, WV on Thursday, May 26, 2011 from 2-9:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 27, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home with Pastor Jerry Dooley officiating. Burial will follow at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
