Jeffrey Dale Glover, age 64 of Farmington, WV passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021 at Genesis Tygart Center in Fairmont. He was born July 6, 1957 in Fairmont, WV, a son of the late Russell Glover and Leota Moore Glover.
Jeffrey is survived by his wife Lori Glover of Farmington; two siblings, Judy Glover Toothman and husband Gary Joe of Plum Run, and Greg Glover and wife Diana of Plum Run; two children, Matthew and Stephanie; 8 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; a brother-in-law, Tony Gump and wife Von of Folsom; two step-children, Tiffany and Andy Gump; and several close friends.
In addition to his parents, Jeffrey was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Robert and Linda Glover; and a son, Michael; a brother-in-law, Alan Gump.
Jeffrey had worked and retired as a coal miner. He was a member of the Oakhurst Church of Christ as well as the Joanne Sportsman Club. He was a 1975 graduate of Farmington High School and went on to attend Fairmont State College. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
The family would like to send a special Thank You to the staff at Genesis Tygart Center for their care of Jeffrey.
There will be a Memorial Service at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St. in Mannington on Monday, October 25, 2021 beginning at 1:00pm after a time of visitation beginning at 11:00am with Pastor Michelle Dye officiating.
