Jenny Lynn Hendershot Jarvis, 50 of Mannington, WV, passed away Saturday, December 14, 2013. She was born October 12, 1963 in Fairmont, WV, daughter of Dorothy Martin Hendershot of Dent’s Run, and the late Frederick Jack Hendershot
Jenny is survived by her daughters, Jona Allmon of Mannington and Taylor Allmon of Mannington; a 2 granddaughters, Regan Collins and Makayla Collins; a grandson, Matthew Coal; a step-daughter, Cheyenne Pill of Mannington; her boyfriend, Rick Shaw of Mannington; a brother, Bill Ross Hendershot and wife Tonya of Mannington; 3 sisters, Debra Joann Mafield and husband Doug, Jackie D. Gill and husband James, and Becky June Patterson and husband Gary; several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, Jenny was preceded in death by her husband, David Allen Jarvis, and her grandparents, Bill and Helen Hendershot and Otis and Connie Martin.
Jenny enjoyed playing with her granddaughter, Regan and loved riding horses.
Family and Friends may call at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main St., Mannington, WV on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 6 - 9:00 p.m. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, December 18, 2013 in the funeral home at 10:30 a.m. Burial will follow at the West Virginia National Cemetery in Grafton, WV. My sympathy to all of you at this time. Any death but a sudden death is so hard. I have some wonderful memories of Jenny from high school. She was such fun. Will remember her smile and laugh forever.
