Condolences
so sorry to hear about Jerry, love and prayers
Spent many happy hours in Jerry's office talking about shooting, music, old movies and the world in general. He was one of the nicest, brightest guys I've ever known.
We are so sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. Keeping you in our prayers.
Aunt Sue, Jake and Tania...I'm so sorry for the loss of Uncle Jerry. He was certainly one of a kind! I am so happy that I had the opportunity to speak with him on Thursday...at least for a few minutes. I did have the opportunity to tell him how much I loved him! As I reflect on my relationship with Uncle Jerry, I remember traveling to Aunt Sue and Uncle Jerry's home in Kentucky, spending several weeks with them in California (where he attempted to teach me to swim by throwing me in the pool...until Aunt Sue said "Jerry...she isn't going to come up"...and he jumped in and retrieved me. I still do not swim to this day. When Aunt Sue and Uncle Jerry lived down the street from us I would be sitting on the front porch (Debbie and Deanna were in West Virginia) and Uncle Jerry would stop and pick me up and take me to their house until Mom came home. I don't know any other men that would take that iniative, but that was Uncle Jerry. As I think back, in a house with a single mother and 3 daughters...Uncle Jerry was my only male role model...and what an amazing role model he was.
Uncle Jerry, I know you are in a GREAT place right now and free from all pain! That's the only solace we can take when we lose someone we love!
Love YOU...Donna

God bless and save Jerry Lee! I worked under his tutelage at Petersen Publishing in the early 2000s. He was always free with knowledge and I believe the magazines we put out among the best. The world is diminished with his passing.
Sincerest condolences to Jerry's family and friends. He was a wonderful colleague and dear friend since I first met him in the mid-1980's. His like's are not apt to come this way again any time soon. He will be sorely missed. May he rest in peace.
So sorry to hear about Lee, Love and Prayers to you.
