Condolences
Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Marion County Senior Citizens.
So sorry to hear of Joe's death. Joe was a good man and an important contributor to the Mannington Community for many years. Our prayers are with the family and friends.
We were very sorry to learn of Joe's passing. He was a long-time contributor to the Three Little Pigs Scholarship Fund that supports students in the College of Agriculture at WVU. We missed him at last year's dinner. I was just thinking about him one day last week when a question about plans for the dinner this year came up. Joe's many contributions to a variety of activities and his positive outlook will be missed.
