Louise Weaver Ford

to

On November 3, 2011, Louise Weaver Ford officially received her angel wings from God. But for those who knew her she was already an angel here on earth.  She was born January 12, 1926, the daughter of the late Ernest and Elsie Bowers. Also preceding her in death was her first husband whom she adored, Richard Lee Weaver and her second husband and soul mate, Arthur "Ray" Ford.

Her greatest loves in life were her children, Ernest Weaver and his wife Mary, Beverly Cutrone and her husband Sam, to them she was the best teacher and role model.  She had a special bond with her six grandchildren. Each knew they were her "favorite". Josh Weaver and wife Cindy, Sam Cutrone, Silena Seitz and husband Shane, Holly Stemple and husband Doug, Matthew Cutrone and wife Kelly and April Hedio and husband Chris.  Her great-grandchildren gave her the most joy. Mikayla Dukich, Hayley and Sammy Cutrone, Alexa and Laney Stemple, Easton and Abi Cutrone, Paige and Zane Seitz, Conor, Devon and Cullen Weaver. She showered them with the sweetest kisses and hugs that God ever created.

Louise loved cooking for her family.  Every Sunday she would have a large dinner waiting for everyone that stopped by.

She was a proud graduate of the 1945 Class of Farmington High School and enjoyed their yearly get togethers at the Polka Dot.  For over 60 years she has been a member of the West Farmington Methodist Church. Her 'church family" has always been very important to her.  She loved each and every member and they loved her. Her faith in God was immeasurable.

Louise is survived by her dear brother, Keith Bowers, sister-in-law Virginia Bowers, brother-in-law Frank Thobois and sister-in-law Peg Ford.  She has one step daughter Diana Heil and step son David Ford and many wonderful nieces and nephews whom she kept in her prayers daily.

Along with her parents and husbands she was preceded in death by her brothers, Roy, Ray and Junior Bowers, sisters Clara Mae Atkinson, Violet Thobois and Nancy Wiley and a step son Raymond Ford.

Louise has spent the last year living at the Tygart Center in Fairmont. While at the center she made many new friends.  The kindness and care that they showed her meant so much to her and her family.

Friends may call at the Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main Street, Mannington, WV on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 1- 9 P.M. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 6, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home with Pastor Floyd Spatafore officiating.  Burial will follow at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.  Online condolences may be left for the family at mastersfuneralhomewv.com.

I have not seen anyone so intent on living and giving as this lady, she was dear to I'm sure anyone who knew her. We in the pharmacy benefited not only from her delicious lemon poppyseed cakes but mostly from her lessons in strength, determination and especially faith. The stories Bev has shared with us of these qualities have helped me to grow in mine and I am sure in all of us who work with her daughter. Louise had one true goal in life and that was to see her family healthy, happy, FED, and AGAIN. My prayer is that she will be able to see all her loved ones AGAIN in a place where Louise will be the one being blessed by everything she tried to give us all. Thanks Bev for letting us share in her life. Your friend Sandy and all your friends in the Pharmacy. God Bless you all.
