Patricia Carolyn “Patty” Jones, 82, of Metz, passed away on November 4, 2026 at Majestic Care in Fairmont. She was born October 8, 1944 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Vernon P. and Daisy A. Hall Huey.
Patty is survived by her son, Kelvin Jones, four grandchildren, Desirae, Jack, Alex and Lindsey, her brother James Huey, her sister Midge (Vernon) Wetzel.
In addition to her parents, Patty is preceded in death by her husband, Escar “Junior” Jones, one son, Kevin Jones, two sisters, Joann Ware and Betty Shaver.
Patty was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved collecting things and was a wonderful cook and enjoyed watching cowboy movies. Along with her husband, they owned the Corner Pizza Plus in Mannington. She was also a member of the Mannington Church of Christ.
There will be no funeral home services at this time as cremation was chosen as Patty’s final method of disposition. Contributions may be made to the funeral home to help offset the funeral expenses. Masters Funeral Home in Mannington has been left in care of the final arrangements.
