Peter Allen Riggs, age 64 of Mannington, WV who passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV. He was born December 15, 1955 in Fairmont, WV a son of the late Donnie and Eleanor Riggs.
Pete is survived by his brothers and sisters, Sue Jolliffe of Mannington, Debbie (Jimmy) Martin of Worthington, Sheila Snyder of Akron, Ohio, Mark (Belinda) Riggs of Mannington, and Patty (Tim) Slater of Hundred, and lots of nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Pete was preceded in death by two brothers, Larry and Bub Parrish and his sister June Willard, one nephew and one niece.
Pete never had a lot of material things. He never drove a car, he loved western movies, country music horses, dogs, fishing and hunting. He was a kind person to everyone and was an awesome brother. He always had a small garden, he loves to plant and watch things grow.
Visitation will be held at Masters Funeral Home, 209 Main Street, Mannington on Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 10am-12pm with funeral services beginning at 12pm with Evangelist Craig Matheny officiating. Burial will follow at the Higgins Cemetery on Camp Run.
