Robert Edward "JR" Wright, 43 of Mannington, WV passed away Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at Ruby Memorial Hospital. He was born February 14, 1967 at Fairmont, WV a son of Robert and Sally Harker Wright of Mannington.
In addition to his parents he is survived by his wife Betty Jo Hendershot Wright, daughter Lacy Wright Frye and husband Denver of Plum Run Community, Mannington, WV and son David Wright at home, three granddaughters, Kylee, Hannah and Peyton Frye, two sisters, Athalia "Peaches" Brown and husband Eddie of Hundred, WV, Teresa Basnett and husband Jason of Worthington, WV and several nieces and nephews including Amber and Reed Basnett. He is also survived by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Bill and Jackie Hendershot of Mannington, WV, brother-in-law, Jimmy Hendershot and wife Robin of Mannington, WV and several aunts and uncles.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harry and Minnie Harker.
JR was employed by Jim C. Hammer Company for 13 years and was presently employed by Coastal Lumber Company. He was a 1985 graduate of North Marion High School. He enjoyed riding horses and hunting. He especially enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters,

Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 3, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. in the funeral home with Pastor Jason Morgan officiating. Burial will follow at the Greene Cemetery.
