Rosalie "Ro-Ro" Morrow Gault, 100 of Mannington, WV died Thursday, July 1, 2010 at her residence following a long battle with dementia, macular degeneration and other senior illnesses.  She was born July 26, 1909 at Salem, WV a daughter of the late Charles V. Morrow Sr. and Cecelia Gribble Morrow.  She celebrated her 100 birthday on July 26, 2009 at her home with family and friends.

She is survived by her son, William R. Lambert and wife Nancy of Elkview, WV and her daughter, Betty Jo Swann and husband Neil of Blanco, Texas. Five grandchildren, Charles Lambert, Sally Painter, Susan Swann, Michael Swann and Vicky Swann as well as five great grandchildren Chad and Chelsie Truly and Eric, Matthew and Justin Lambert.

Mrs. Gault was married in 1924 to the late Foster R. Lambert and in 1951 to Wesley Gault of Mannington who died in 1972.  She lived her entire life in West Virginia, the majority a Mannington resident.  Her family was always connected with the oil and natural gas industry.  Her father, Charles Morrow Sr. was a superintendent with South Penn Oil and Gas Company.  Rosalie exemplified true love, dedication and passion for life and family, notably for young children and young adults.  She was active for years in the Mannington Hough Park and Pool operations and the Mannington Fair and community activities.

Rosalie Gault was a Catholic.

 Friends may call at the Masters Funeral Home 209 Main Street, Mannington, WV on Monday, July 5, 2010 from 1:00 P.M. - 2:00 P.M. the funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. in the funeral home with Rev. Father Douglas Sutton officiating.  Burial will follow at Mannington Memorial Park Cemetery.
