Coincidence as it may seem, I just was thinking of Sandor. I tried to find him on LinkedIn and Facebook. Much surprised to get the notice. He was a colleague, a valued friend and a outstanding individual. I had anticipated a renewal of acquaintance. He will be missed.

I had the good fortune to work for Sandor for a few years during his and my career at Armstrong. During that time I always respected Sandor as my manager, but even more as a valued friend. Many times he would invite me in his office and we would have casual conversations about things other than just work. He was a very good listener, motivator, and many times gave great advice. He still to this day is and was my idea of an ideal manager. The statement made that he was a "gentlemen" could not have been more true. Unfortunately, we are not meant to spend eternity on this earth and each of us eventually will follow his lead one day. I pray for you, Shelly, each of his children, and grandchildren that you will always feel blessed to have had Sandor in your lives! I am glad that he found his home in West Virginia as he had talked with great excitement back when he retired as he was so looking forward to moving and living there. May God Bless You All ..!

I am saddened to hear of Sandor's passing. At one point, he was my boss at Armstrong. I learned roll forming and goal setting. When I was pregnant, he "stole" a safer, more comfortable chair for me from a conference room. :) Always a gentleman. I am so glad that he was part of my work life. My sincerest sympathy to Sandor's family.
