Condolences
This Earth has lost an angel; but it was Heaven's gain. Grandma was a blessing to our family and to her neighbors. I am grateful for her family and neighbors in West Virginia, there love and hard work allowed grandma to live her final days and years at home.
I am sad for our loss, but very happy for Grandma; she had an awesome reunion with her family that preceded her into Paradise.
May God bless you all,
Dave
I WANT TO SAY SHE HAD A GREAT LIFE AND KNOW ONE COULD COMPLAIN THAT FOR A SECOND THAT SHE DIDN'T .SHE LOVED LIFE AND THE PEOPLE WHO WERE APART OF HER LIFE TIL THE DAY SHE WENT TO HEAVEN. SHE ALWAYS SAID SHE WAS BLESSED TO HAVE THE FAMILY AND FREINDS SHE HAS BUT I WANT TO TELL EVERYONE I WAS THE BLESSED ONE ALSO I HAVE LEARNED SO MUCH FROM HER AND THE ONLY REGRET THAT I HAVE IS THE TIME I HAVE WITH HER IS OVER AND IT WAS TOO SOON. I WANT TO THANK THE FAMILY FOR GIVING ME THE CHANCE TO TAKE CARE OF HER AND LIKE ALWAYS LEARN IN THE PROCESS. LOVE ALL THE FAMILY. ANNA WADDELL
Dear Elizabeth, Gary Allan and the whole Raber and Masters clan;
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time, Verna was bigger than life force in the life of all the family. She loved and cared for everyone, her favorite time of year was when the family came to visit and she would cook and bake getting ready for everyone's visit.
She was the only family that came to visit when Don and I lived in Alaska and she had such a great time coming to see her two new grand babies and we took her all around Alaska to see the sights, she loved it up there and we had a fun time showing her all the sights Alaska had to offer.
Remember all the great memories you have with her and know she is in a good place and she will be talking up a storm with all the family and friends that have gone on before her. Heaven won't be very quiet for a while because there is going to be a lot of talking and laughing going on up there.
Sincerely,
Doris Monore
vernie was a very special lady Cj and I just loved her!! I think anyone that came in contact with her loved her she will be missed
Our prayers go out to your family in this time of sorrow. I;m sure your grandmother will be missed.
Great-Grandma house always felt like home. She told the best stories and taught us great-grand kids how to cook amazing food and quilt. She always let us know how proud she was of us. Grandma was one of the most amazing people to grace this Earth and will sorely be missed. Until we meet again.
Dear Elizabeth

Verna was so very special to me and all those who lives she touched. Her life was a life well lived .Every time she would smile and that was often, she would simply shine. Heaven has gained a very special soul. The humor and love that she shared with others will live in their memories.there is no doubt that thoughts of her will continue to inspire smiles and warm feelings. Verna truly loved all of her family. She is in a better place.
I just want to say, I really appreciate all the great friends and family, and all the love and help with Grandma. Your all wonderful.
Grandma was always saying how lucky she was to have so many friends, and family. But as we know we were so lucky to have her.
I loved calling her and listening to how the whole family was doing, along with all the people from the church, and her neighbors, all in one phone call. Life is going to be quite different without her. She is going (and is) going to be missed so so much.
Thanks again to all of you,
Donna Beasley
I want to Thank all the friends and family, for all your help and love with Grandma. She was loved by many of people, and surely will be missed.
I allready miss calling her and talking to her, and finding out how all the family, friends and neighbors are doing. But she is now with her family in Heaven and having a great time, so dont anyone cry as Grandma would say, if you cry, cry tears of joy for me because now I'am with God and my family that I have longed for. So be happy for me.
Thanks again everyone,
Donna Beasley
Verna will surely be missed here on while at the same time being welcomed with opened arms. I can most certainly state that being a young child growing up with you as a neighbor has left its impression on us and that your spirit will always be with us as well as your energy in life. Prayers go out to the family and friends. I was one of her neices from Her brother Kinzy Raber. I have great memories of Aunt
