Virginia Sue Stewart, 67, of Mannington, passed away on June 19, 2021 at WVU Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. She was born February 13, 1954 in Fairmont, a daughter of the late Clarence “Kim” Glover and Mary Virginia Richardson Glover.
Sue is survived by her husband, Ralph J. Stewart of Mannington, her daughter Bobbi (John) O’Dell of Mannington, her son Jeremy (Aprial) Stewart of Grant Town, eight grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and her sister Lola Higginbotham of Kentucky. In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles.
Sue was a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family, being in the outdoors, watching the humming birds, singing, playing the organ, reading and doing word search puzzles.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at Masters Funeral Home in Mannington from 2-4 and 6-8pm and on Wednesday, June 23, 2021 at the Mt. Zion Church in Grant Town from 10:00am-12:00noon with funeral services beginning at 12:00noon with Pastors Bill and Susan Rager officiating. Burial will follow at the Wadestown Cemetery.
