Frank Richard “Pap” Chivers, age 89 of Little Laurel Run, Farmington, WV, passed away on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at Fairmont Regional Medical Center after a long illness. He was born December 25, 1927 in Washington, PA.
Frank served in World War II in the Army as a Corporal in the 96th Fighter Squadron, 82nd Fighter Group, as an airplane and engine mechanic.
