He was born May 18, 1953 in Fairmont, WV, son to the late Arthur and Patricia (Ratliff) Myers. Also preceding him in death was his infant sister Marcella Jane, and his brother-in-law Kenneth Stevens.

Stella Mae Francis, infant daughter of Glen Francis Jr. and Elizabeth Wolfe, was born on July 27th 2024 at 7:10am. Stella fought until her time came. Her looks were the best of both of her parents.
