Richard L. McVicker, age 75 of Mannington, WV went to be with his Lord on November 2, 2019. He died at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown. He could not fight any longer. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force having served four years. He was discharged in 1966 at which time he then married Judith Long with whom he was married to for 53 years.
